The Practice Manager manages all of the business aspects of the Practice. This ensures such the right systems and the right people are in place, at the right time, in order to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and IT (Information Technology). The Practice Manager supports the Admin Team, GPs and other medical professionals, to deliver patient services and also helps to develop extended services, enhancing patient experience and care.
Your first point of contact with our practice will usually be a member of our skilled Patient Services Team.
They are available to help with enquiries, direct you to the most relevant person to assist you, to make appointments and are important in the smooth running of the practice.
They make appointments with our GPs, Urgent Care Team or Nursing Team.
They can also provide basic information on services, results and can direct you to the right health professional depending on your health issue or query.
They perform other important tasks such as dealing with prescription enquiries, managing patient records and registrations.
You can rely on them to do their best to help you and to maintain complete confidentiality at all times.
